Sandstone-hosted uranium project comprising seven deposits within the Jackpile Sandstone Member of the Morrison Formation. Located in the Laguna Mining District in Cibola County, New Mexico, approximately 40 mi west of Albuquerque with paved highway and gravel road access. Property encompasses 6,717 acres of privately held mineral rights and approximately 5,700 acres of surface rights owned by La Merced del Pueblo de Cebolleta under a lease agreement. Acquired by the current operator in June 2024 through the acquisition of American Future Fuel Corporation. Historic production occurred from the St. Anthony and JJ#1 mines between the 1950s and 1981. A two-phase exploration program is planned to update the mineral resource estimate and complete a Preliminary Economic Assessment.
