Refinery located in Newcastle, Wyoming. The facility's major processing units produce gasoline, ULSD, jet fuel, and other associated refined products. The refinery experienced an operational incident in February 2025 and was safely idled for 66 days during repair and recovery work, returning to full crude operations in late April 2025. The refinery was awarded the EPA's ENERGY STAR certification in January 2024.
