As at 31 December 2025
High-conversion, complex refinery located along the Yellowstone River just outside Billings, Montana. The facility processes low-cost Western Canadian and regional Rocky Mountain crude oil to produce gasoline, distillate, asphalt, and other products. Acquired from ExxonMobil in June 2023 as part of the Billings Acquisition. The asset includes a 65% interest in Yellowstone Energy Limited Partnership, which owns an adjacent co-generation facility.
