High-grade silver-gold-lead-zinc underground mine in Zacatecas, Mexico, ~70 km by road from Fresnillo. Joint-venture interest held through Minera Juanicipio with Pan American holding 44% (acquired via September 2025 MAG Acquisition) and Fresnillo plc (operator) holding 56%. Longhole open stoping with waste rockfill, ~4,000 tpd. On-site 4,000 tpd processing plant (commissioned March 2023) produces silver-rich lead concentrate, zinc concentrate, and gold-silver pyrite concentrate. Mineral reserves reported under JORC; estimates audited by AMC.
