Underground copper complex comprising the Flat Mine North, Flat Mine East, Flat Mine South, and Flat Mine Nababeep deposits. Located in the historical Okiep copper district of the Northern Cape Province. Property covers 12,156 ha of surface rights consolidating access to the Flat Mines Area. March 2025 DFS outlines a 12-year LOM underground operation feeding a 780 ktpa treatment plant. First phase of acquisition closed in May 2024. Starter project intended to unlock broader district potential.
