85%-owned (15% Government of Burkina Faso carried interest) operating open-pit gold mine located in central Burkina Faso, West Africa. Commercial production at the 6.0 Mtpa oxide processing plant achieved December 1, 2022. The 2.5 Mtpa Stage 1 hard rock processing plant construction was completed December 2025. The Bomboré property encompasses seven zones (B1, B2, P11, Siga, P16, P17N and P17) along a ~14 km strike, with 76 individually designed pits in the mine plan. The 2023 Bomboré Phase II Expansion Definitive Feasibility Study supports LOM gold production of 2.11 Moz over ~11 years processing 103.5 Mt at average grade 0.72 g/t Au and 87.8% recovery. After-tax NPV(5%) of $636M, AISC $1,122/oz Au (LOM). 2024 Mining Code increased state's free carried interest from 10% to 15%. Subject to Burkina Faso's tiered royalty schedule (6.0–7.0% based on gold price tier).
