100%-owned gold-silver development project in northern Nevada (Carlin Trend) comprising Dark Star, Pinion, Jasperoid Wash and North Bullion deposits. BLM Notice of Intent (NOI) published. Optimised Feasibility Study results announced January 15, 2026 (Technical Report filed February 27, 2026). Reserves effective September 30, 2025; reported in metric units converted from imperial. Reserves at $2,300/oz Au, $25/oz Ag (lower than $2,800/oz Au in resource economic analysis - reserves are justified). North Bullion has refractory-material transportation costs of $44.09/t shipped off-site.
