Acquired by Orla Mining on February 28, 2025 from Newmont for upfront cash consideration of US$810M plus US$40M of gold-price-linked contingent consideration. Sulphide mineralisation. Reserves at $2,300/oz Au, US$/CAD 1.34; cut-off grade ≥2.80 g/t Au (varies by zone). Mineral Resources reported exclusive of Reserves; estimated at $2,800/oz Au and ≥2.30 g/t Au cut-off.
