100%-owned (via Minera Camino Rojo SA de CV) gold-silver-zinc project in Zacatecas, Mexico. Comprises the producing Camino Rojo Oxide open-pit gold-silver mine (heap-leach) and the Camino Rojo Underground sulphide development project (initial UG Mineral Resource announced June 5, 2025). July 23, 2025 uncontrolled material movement along temporary north wall of the open pit; operations continued. Reserves at $2,300/oz Au, $25/oz Ag; NSR cut-off $8.44/t. Mineral Resources inclusive of Reserves; long-term $2,800/oz Au, $33/oz Ag, $1.25/lb Zn.
