Haile Gold Mine

Single open-pit and underground gold complex. Located approximately 5 km northeast of Kershaw, South Carolina, accessed via U.S. Highway 601. Property covers 10,978 acres of private land with no royalties. Structurally-modified low-sulfidation, disseminated gold deposit hosted in the Carolina Terrane. Acquired by OceanaGold in 2015 through the acquisition of Romarco Minerals; first gold pour from the new process plant occurred in January 2017. Conventional flotation and CIL flowsheet with a 3.5 Mtpa capacity. Palomino Underground development and process plant resilience upgrades are planned for 2026.
