Nutrien Potash Segment - six Saskatchewan potash mines (Allan, Cory, Lanigan, Patience Lake, Rocanville, Vanscoy). Exclusive right to mine potash on ~394,000 hectares (~973,000 acres) of Crown subsurface mineral leases. Of which ~293,000 hectares cover the six operating mines. All leases are 21-year terms, renewable. 2025: 20% of global potash nameplate capacity; 19% of annual global production. Total nameplate ~20.3 Mtpa. Combined reserves >2,000 Mt. 57% of North American production. 64% of Canpotex's product supply (2024 - 66%). 100% potash sales offshore through Canpotex (50/50 JV).
