Lanigan potash mine in Saskatchewan. Conventional underground mining of BOTH A Zone (25.2%) and B Zone (20.2%) of Patience Lake Member - only Nutrien mine with bi-level operation. Built by Alwinsal Potash 1968; PotashCorp acquired 1976. Mill rehabilitation/mine expansion/hoist improvements 2005-2010 brought nameplate to 3.8 Mtpa. 26-year A Zone life + 21-year B Zone life remaining (449 Mt total reserves at 9.422 Mt/yr avg).
