Kalgoorlie Production Centre

Kalgoorlie Production Centre is Northern Star's largest production centre, encompassing the KCGM Super Pit (Fimiston open pit + Mt Charlotte underground), Carosue Dam, Kanowna Belle and South Kalgoorlie Operations in the Western Australian Eastern Goldfields. FY25 gold sold 832 koz at AISC A$2,100/oz. The KCGM Mill Expansion Project (13->27 Mtpa) is in its final build year for early-FY27 commissioning. FY26 guidance: 930-1,000 koz at AISC A$2,200-2,500/oz with growth capex of A$710-745 M (excl mill expansion). Hercules deposit (maiden 0.9 Moz MR / 0.25 Moz Reserve) added at South Kalgoorlie in FY25.
