Non-operated working interests across the Bakken / Three Forks unconventional play in the Williston Basin (North Dakota / Montana). At December 31, 2025 NOG held 8,573 gross (682.5 net) producing wells across 919,383 gross (177,656 net) acres. Average daily production for Q4 2025 represented approximately 30% of NOG's consolidated output. Williston wells classified as oil wells but also produce natural gas and condensate. Proved reserves (SEC) at year-end 2025: 104,403 MBoe (68% oil, 84% developed).
