Non-operated working interests in the Uinta Basin oil play (Utah). Most recent basin addition to NOG's portfolio. At December 31, 2025 NOG held 382 gross (49.1 net) producing wells across 281,909 gross (16,176 net) acres. Wells classified as oil wells but also produce natural gas and condensate. Contributed approximately 7% of Q4 2025 consolidated output. Proved reserves (SEC) at year-end 2025: 34,034 MBoe (90% oil, 40% developed) — the highest oil-cut and lowest developed-percentage basin, indicating significant upside from PUD conversion.
