Non-operated working interests across the Permian (Delaware and Midland sub-basins) in West Texas and southeast New Mexico. At December 31, 2025 NOG held 2,229 gross (349.6 net) producing wells across 210,329 gross (45,767 net) acres. The Permian was NOG's largest production basin, contributing approximately 42% of Q4 2025 consolidated output. Wells classified as oil wells but also produce natural gas and condensate. Proved reserves (SEC) at year-end 2025: 146,008 MBoe (56% oil, 70% developed). Diversified Permian footprint added through acquisitions since 2020.
