Non-operated working interests in the Marcellus / Utica gas plays of the Appalachian Basin (Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia). At December 31, 2025 NOG held 518 gross (114.2 net) producing wells across 228,942 gross (62,198 net) acres. All Appalachian wells classified as natural gas wells. Contributed approximately 21% of Q4 2025 consolidated production on a BOE basis. Proved reserves (SEC) at year-end 2025: 99,623 MBoe (1% oil, 80% developed).
