High-grade lithium clay deposit located in Elko County, approximately 74 km north of Wells, Nevada. Property comprises 684 federal unpatented lode mining claims and minority ownership of subsurface mineral rights on privately-owned parcels totaling approximately 5,621 ha. Acquired initially in June 2021 with subsequent staking and acquisitions, including the consolidation of the M3M Texas Springs Claims in August 2025. May 2025 PEA outlines a 42-year LOM producing an average of 86,300 tonnes of battery-grade lithium carbonate equivalent annually, with initial capex of US$5.30B and after-tax NPV8% of US$9.21B at US$24,000/t LCE. 2025 drilling program completed to upgrade resources to Indicated/Measured for the planned 2026 PFS. Flagship US lithium asset.
