Transports, treats, recycles and disposes of produced and flowback water from crude oil and natural gas production, and sells recycled and brackish water for reuse, underpinned by long-term fixed-fee contracts and acreage dedications with minimum volume commitments. Operates in the Delaware, DJ and Eagle Ford Basins; the core Northern Delaware system includes over 800 miles of large-diameter produced-water pipelines connected to 58 active saltwater disposal facilities and 132 active disposal wells, with approximately 765,000 acres dedicated. In fiscal 2025 the system handled approximately 958.3 million barrels of produced water and sold approximately 42.4 million barrels of recycled water.
