Diversified midstream master limited partnership that transports, treats, recycles and disposes of produced and flowback water, and transports, stores, markets and provides logistics for crude oil and liquid hydrocarbons, organized into three segments: Water Solutions (the largest, believed to be the largest independent produced-water transportation and disposal company in the U.S.), Crude Oil Logistics and Liquids Logistics. Fiscal year ends March 31. In fiscal 2025 the company exited non-core liquids businesses, classifying refined products and biodiesel as discontinued operations and agreeing to sell 17 NGL terminals and most of its wholesale propane business (closed April 30, 2025).
