Produced-water super-system pipeline in the Northern Delaware Basin. The LEX II Expansion (completed in the quarter ended December 31, 2024) increased capacity from 140,000 to 340,000 barrels of water per day by adding a second large-diameter (27-mile, 30-inch) pipeline, disposal wells and facilities, with expandability up to 500,000 barrels of water per day. Fully underwritten by a minimum-volume-commitment contract with acreage dedication from an investment-grade producer.
