Owns 2,233 miles transmission pipeline, 28 storage fields (3 jointly owned) with combined working gas capacity of 77.2 Bcf, 30 compressor stations with 259,038 installed HP. Net PP&E $2.2B at Sep 30 2025. 2025 peak day sendout 2,371 MMcf on Jan 21 2025 (24% supplied from storage). FY2025 CapEx $121.8M primarily for transmission/storage system modernization.
