Flagship 100%-owned gold project on the island of Newfoundland, comprising a large land package of approximately 219,175 hectares along the Appleton and JBP fault zones, with key resource areas AFZ Core, AFZ Peripheral, and Joe Batt's Pond. The project hosts an NI 43-101 mineral resource with an effective date of March 15, 2025 that supports a 2025 preliminary economic assessment for the AFZ Core. No mineral reserves are defined.
