Hammerdown Gold Project

Gold project on the island of Newfoundland acquired through the November 2025 acquisition of Maritime Resources Corp., comprising the Hammerdown, Orion, and Stog'er Tight deposits together with the permitted Pine Cove processing plant. A consolidated NI 43-101 mineral resource with an effective date of January 22, 2026 supports a preliminary economic assessment based on open-pit mining with ore processed at the existing Pine Cove mill, providing a near-term development pathway within the same province as Queensway.
