Phase 1 of the Rio Grande LNG Facility, comprising the first three liquefaction trains and related common facilities, on which construction commenced in July 2023 following a positive final investment decision and project-financing close. Held through Phase 1 LLC / Phase 1 Holdings with equity joint-venture partners; built by Bechtel under a fixed-price EPC contract.
