Goldboro — gold project

Single gold deposit with both open-pit and underground potential. Located approximately 175 km northeast of Halifax, Nova Scotia. Property comprises an exploration licence area of approximately 29,838 hectares encompassing a 28-kilometre strike length along the Upper Seal Harbour Anticline and a 23-kilometre strike length along the Lower Seal Harbour Anticline. Acquired in December 2024 via the corporate acquisition of Signal Gold Inc. Jan-2022 FS outlines an 11-year open pit LOM producing ~100 koz Au/yr at AISC US$849/oz, initial capex C$271M, after-tax NPV₅ C$328M / IRR 25.5% at US$1,600/oz Au. 2025 programme: 26,854 m infill drilling completed; updating Mineral Resource Estimate and Feasibility Study.
