District-scale gold complex comprising five main deposits (Sewum, Boin, Nyam, Kwakyekrom, Tokosea) and numerous targets along the eastern margin of the Sefwi Belt. Located 290 km west of Accra and 10 km east of Enchi, accessed by paved and earthen roads with grid power available. Property covers 248 km² across nine prospecting licences. Mesothermal quartz vein-style Ashanti-type gold mineralization. April 2024 PEA outlines an 8.1 Mtpa open-pit heap-leach operation over a 9-year LOM producing ~121 koz Au/yr at AISC of US$1,018/oz, with initial capex of US$106M and after-tax NPV5% of US$371M at US$1,850/oz Au. 35,000-metre drill program underway targeting resource conversion for a planned PFS.
