Description
30% interest in WPC Parent, LLC, a 541-mile (36"-42") natural gas pipeline system including MPLX's indirect interest in Whistler Pipeline, its 70% indirect ownership of the ADCC Pipeline lateral and its 50% indirect interest in Waha Gas Storage. Formed through the 2024 Whistler Joint Venture Transaction in which a 19% voting interest was issued to an affiliate of Enbridge in exchange for cash and the Rio Bravo Pipeline project.
