Second, larger NdFeB permanent-magnet manufacturing facility under development as part of the Company's downstream build-out, advanced within the framework of the Department of War (DoW, formerly Department of Defense) public-private partnership. The DoW commitments include an NdPr price-floor protection agreement and capital support to accelerate an end-to-end U.S. rare earth magnet supply chain; once the 10X Facility reaches full production capacity, profit-sharing arrangements with the DoW apply.
