100%-owned producing open-pit narrow-vein gold-silver mine in Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua, comprising the San Albino and Las Conchitas deposits with a conventional CIL gold-silver processing plant in operation since Q2 2021. The two deposits feature multiple high-grade veins (San Albino: three main groups - San Albino, Naranjo, Arras; Las Conchitas: 16 veins). Effective dates of resource estimates: August 18, 2023 (San Albino) and October 11, 2023 (Las Conchitas). There are no NI 43-101 reserves at San Albino; mining is based on diluted vein material including Inferred resources with reconciliation within 10% of forecast. From Oct 1, 2023 to Mar 31, 2026 the operation mined 1,239,304 tonnes (52,526 mineralized tonnes containing 118,771 oz Au at 7.15 g/t) and processed 526,538 tonnes producing 97,379 oz Au at 5.72 g/t recovered. A 24-month silver stream was entered with Sailfish Royalty Corp. in May 2023.
