Mt. Hamilton Project

100%-owned gold-silver project located in the White Pine Mining District, White Pine County, Nevada, along the southern portion of the Battle Mountain-Eureka Trend. The Property comprises the Seligman, Centennial and Seligman Stock (Igneous) deposits — gold-skarn deposits with possible Carlin-type overprint. Updated 2025 Mineral Resource Estimate (effective September 23, 2025) was prepared by APEX/Advantage Geoservices, completed at a 0.006 oz/ton Au marginal cut-off using $2,400/oz Au and $28/oz Ag, and is based on 886 historical drillholes (1973–2012). Metallurgical testwork confirms amenability to conventional heap leach processing (Merrill-Crowe). The project also exhibits potential tungsten-copper-molybdenum mineralization beneath the gold-silver zones (not explored since 1984).
