Moss Mine

Open-pit heap-leach gold-silver mine located in the Oatman Mining District, Mohave County, Arizona, USA, approximately 10 miles east of Bullhead City. Acquired by Mako on March 27, 2025 out of the bankruptcy of Elevation Gold Mining Corp. (former Northern Vertex). The processing flowsheet is conventional crush-and-stack heap leach with Merrill-Crowe gold-silver recovery (cement agglomeration not required given good crushed material permeability). Updated 2025 NI 43-101 Mineral Resource Estimate (effective December 18, 2025, filed March 10, 2026) supersedes prior NVMC/Elevation estimates. The Company is in the process of restarting full production while advancing the project toward a NI 43-101 Mineral Reserve Estimate. Royalty obligations include Greenwood, La Cuesta and (subject to litigation) Minquest and Patriot Gold.
