100%-owned PEA-stage open-pit gold project in Guyana, South America, comprising the Eagle Mountain and Salbora deposits with additional Powis, Toucan and Ann exploration targets. Mineral Resource Estimate (effective April 7, 2022) is split between saprolite/transition and fresh rock at cut-off grades of 0.30 g/t and 0.50 g/t respectively. The 2024 PEA conceptual life-of-mine plan envisages 15 years of production (Phase 1: 4.5 years free-dig saprolite at 5,000 tpd; Phase 2: 10.5 years blended fresh+transition+saprolite at 5,000 tpd) processing 27.2 Mt of Indicated+Inferred mill feed at an average head grade of 1.26 g/t Au. Metallurgical recoveries average 92% for Eagle Mountain main deposit and 85% for Salbora at p80 ~80 microns. No NI 43-101 Mineral Reserves declared.
