Consolidated metallurgical coal platform of Ramaco Resources across four development/operating complexes in southern West Virginia and southwestern Virginia: Elk Creek, Berwind, Knox Creek and Maben. The Company markets low-, mid- and high-volatile metallurgical coal to North American integrated steel mills and coke plants and to international customers in Europe, South America, Asia and Africa. In 2025 the Company produced 3.8 million tons (2024: 3.7 million tons), sold 3.8 million tons and recognized $536.6 million of revenue, of which 37% was from North American markets and 63% from export markets. Consolidated mineral resources and reserves are reported under S-K 1300 by Weir International; reserves are reported exclusive of resources. The Company also operates an advanced carbon-products business (more than 70 patents and applications) using low-cost carbon ore.
