Metallurgical coal complex in southern West Virginia producing primarily high-volatile A and high-volatile B metallurgical coal through a combination of surface and underground (deep) mines feeding a preparation plant. It is one of the Company's lowest delivered-cost complexes serving North American blast-furnace steel mills and the seaborne market.
