Chapada Mine

Chapada Cu-Au mine (Lundin Mining 100% via MMIC) in northern Goiás State, Brazil, ~320 km N of Goiânia. Comprises Chapada mine + Suruca deposit + Saúva project (15km N) + Formiga exploration target. Open pit operation since 2007. LOM to 2050. Subject to Au NSR royalty 2% to IRC for Suruca and ongoing Cu purchase agreements with IRC (4.2% of payable Cu, 37.4 Mlbs cumulative) and Altius (3.7%, 36.9 Mlbs cumulative). Saúva to add ~10-15ktpa Cu + 35-45 koz Au with additional grinding capacity sanctioning expected 2H2026; updated technical report planned 2H2026.
