LPG shipping company headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut and incorporated in the Marshall Islands, engaged in owning and operating Very Large Gas Carriers (VLGCs) in the global liquefied petroleum gas shipping trade. As of May 2025 the fleet consisted of 25 VLGCs (21 owned plus 4 time-chartered-in) with aggregate carrying capacity of approximately 2.1 million cbm and an average age of 8.9 years; 16 ECO VLGCs are fitted with scrubbers. The company provides in-house commercial and technical management and operates most vessels through the 50/50 Helios LPG Pool joint venture with MOL Energia. A 93,000-cbm VLGC/Ammonia Carrier newbuild is contracted for delivery in Q2 2026. Fiscal year ends March 31.
