Lithium pegmatite complex comprising 13 mineral leases and three mineral claims, including the DeStaffany Project, within the Yellowknife pegmatite province. Located 18 km to 120 km east of Yellowknife, NWT, with access via helicopter, float plane, and vehicle via NWT Highway 4. Property covers approximately 1,504.7 ha and is subject to a 2% gross overriding royalty and a 2% net profits royalty on 11 leases. Hosted within the Archean Slave Province, the pegmatites occur as swarms of parallel dykes intercalated with country rocks. Acquired through various transactions, including the DeStaffany acquisition from North Arrow Minerals in January 2025. Scoping level metallurgical testwork in 2024 demonstrated the ability to produce high-grade spodumene concentrates using DMS and flotation. 2025 baseline environment studies program completed, led by Det'on Cho Environmental. Flagship Northwest Territories lithium asset.
