Property comprises parts of Sections 4, 7, 8, 9, and 17 of T16N-R16W and Sections 12 and 13 of T16N-R17W. Acquired in January 2017 from Uranium Resources Inc. Jan-2024 PEA outlines a 31-year LOM producing 31.2 Mlb U3O8 at AISC of US$34.83/lb, with initial capex of US$47.5M and after-tax NPV8 of US$239M at US$75/lb U3O8. Mineral recovery planned via ISR with processing at a proposed new facility at the nearby Crownpoint location.
