Description
As at 31 December 2025
Kuya Silver's flagship silver-lead-zinc project in a major silver-lead-zinc mining district in central Peru (Huancavelica), comprising the Bethania mine on the Santa Elena mining concession (which operated from 2010 to 2016 prior to Kuya's acquisition), together with the Carmelitas and Tres Banderas concessions, collectively covering approximately 5,600 hectares. The company's most recent Preliminary Economic Assessment (filed October 2023) contemplates a 350-tonne-per-day underground mine feeding a processing plant, with the option to toll-mill mineralized material ahead of constructing and commissioning a new on-site plant; mineralization is planned to be mined from three primary vein systems. The project carries a NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate (the company's only property with a defined resource), the detailed tabulation of which resides in the project's technical report/PEA. Activities are conducted through Peruvian subsidiaries.
