Description
As at 28 February 2026
Koryx Copper's flagship large copper porphyry project in southern Namibia, carrying copper with molybdenum, gold and tungsten credits. The project hosts a NI 43-101 mineral resource (detailed in the company's amended technical reports), which the company is working to upgrade: a 52,000 m drill programme commenced in January 2026 to convert the bulk of Haib's resource from the Inferred to the Indicated category, targeted for completion by the end of July 2026, supported by a fleet of 13 diamond rigs plus an RC rig and additional rigs mobilizing through April 2026, alongside pit geotechnical drilling. A pre-feasibility-study metallurgical test programme is advancing across multiple laboratories (Maelgwyn, Eriez, SGS, Metso, Rados, Tomra, Mintek, Ceibo), including comminution/HPGR tests, flotation of sulphide material above ~0.15% Cu, and heap (column) leach tests of transitional/oxide and low-grade sulphide material. Recent drill intercepts include a 419 m hole averaging 0.33% Cu, with a 110 m near-surface zone grading 0.70% Cu. The detailed mineral resource tabulation resides in the referenced technical reports.
