Integrated Permian Basin midstream energy company providing gathering, transportation, compression, processing and treating services across two segments: Midstream Logistics (gas gathering and processing, crude oil gathering/stabilization/storage, and produced water gathering and disposal) and Pipeline Transportation (equity-method interests in long-haul pipelines plus wholly owned Permian lines). With over 2.4 Bcf/d of cryogenic gas processing capacity it is the fourth-largest gas processor in both the Delaware and the broader Permian Basin. In 2025 it completed the Barilla Draw bolt-on acquisition ($175.5 million) and sold its 27.5% interest in EPIC Crude for $504.2 million upfront.
