Lubin Mine Division (ZG Lubin) is one of three underground copper-silver mines operated by KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. in the Foresudetic Monocline copperbelt of Lower Silesia, Poland. The mine forms part of the integrated Polish operations alongside ZG Polkowice-Sieroszowice and ZG Rudna, feeding KGHM's Concentrator Division and the three downstream smelter / refinery complexes at Głogów, Legnica and Cedynia. Q1 2026 saw 10.5 km of tunnelling excavated under the Deposit Access Programme across Rudna and Polkowice-Sieroszowice, with deep infrastructure build-out supporting Deep Głogów. KGHM SA segment-level Q1 2026 production: copper-in-concentrate 102.6 kt (+3.2% YoY), silver-in-concentrate 350.5 t (+6.7%), and electrolytic copper from own concentrate 91.6 kt. Mineral resource life-of-mine governance follows JORC standards.
