Consolidated KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Group portfolio - the Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed Polish copper-silver major, headquartered in Lubin. The Group operates three reporting segments: (i) KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. - the integrated Polish operations comprising 3 underground mines (Lubin, Polkowice-Sieroszowice, Rudna), 3 smelter/refinery complexes (Głogów, Legnica, Cedynia), the Concentrator and Tailings Divisions; (ii) KGHM INTERNATIONAL LTD. - the North American portfolio including Robinson (Nevada), Carlota (Arizona), Victoria project (Sudbury, ON), Ajax project (BC), plus DMC Mining Services; (iii) Sierra Gorda S.C.M. - the 55% JV in Chile with South32 (equity-method). Sudbury Basin (McCreedy West) assets were sold in February 2025. As at 31 March 2026 the Group held PLN 63.5 billion in total assets, PLN 37.0 billion in equity, with Q1 2026 revenues of PLN 11.87 billion (+33% YoY) and adjusted EBITDA of PLN 5.46 billion. Q1 2026 declared first-place position in the global 'largest silver mines in the world' classification per the 2026 World Silver Survey, and second place in the global 'largest silver producers' ranking.
