Description
Wholly owned Mongolian copper-gold porphyry portfolio in the Southern Gobi belt (including the West Kasulu and Shuteen North targets) held through two licenses, comprising one mining license and one pending mining license application. Full rights were resecured at zero cost in 2025 following Orbminco's withdrawal from a September 2024 earn-in agreement, after which Kincora completed a 2025 field season including 2,516 m of drilling. A potential SXEW copper-cathode development of an existing oxide resource is under review; no NI 43-101 mineral resource is disclosed in this document.
