Construction of a processing complex at the Budenovskoye deposit with 6,000 tU/year capacity for production of natural uranium concentrate (U3O8). Phase I start-up complex (2024-2025) is in implementation; Phase II start-up complex (2025-2026) is in the definition stage. Expected to create ~300 jobs during construction and ~700 in operation. Part of the 2026 capex program (~KZT 121 bn combined with Zhalpak and Inkai-3 development).
