Main Project detailed engineering ~35% complete; long-lead procurement starting 2026. Ontario 'One Project, One Process' streamlined permitting framework designation. Q4 2025 Exploration Expenditures US$26.7m (Lac Seul + Wabauskang First Nation agreement). Targeted first gold late 2029.
