Nevada North Project

Development-stage gold-silver project comprising two heap-leach deposits, Wildcat (Pershing County, ~35 mi NW of Lovelock; 17,612 acres, 4 patented + 916 unpatented claims) and Mountain View (Washoe County, ~15 mi NW of Gerlach; 5,476 acres, 284 unpatented claims), located ~40 miles apart in northwestern Nevada. Acquired via Millennial Precious Metals merger (May 2023); held through Millennial NV LLC (originally purchased from Clover Nevada / Waterton, with rights assigned April 2021). July 2023 PEA evaluates sequential 30,000 tpd open-pit oxide/transition heap-leach operations: Wildcat starts Year 1, Mountain View pre-stripping Years 5-7, then equipment relocates to Mountain View in Year 7 for sequential mining. ~13-year mine life targeting 80 koz AuEq/yr average. LOM total cash costs $882/oz AuEq, AISC $973/oz, AIC $1,175/oz. PEA after-tax NPV5 US$309.6M / IRR 36.9% at $1,700/oz Au, $21.50/oz Ag. Exploration Plans of Operations and Reclamation Permit Applications submitted 2023; Reclamation Permits anticipated Q2 2026; pre-feasibility study planned to commence H2 2026.
