Conventional open-pit hard-rock gold mine with two-stage crushing and ROM heap leaching, located 125 miles east of Reno on Interstate 80 in Pershing County, Nevada. Hosted in the Triassic Grass Valley Formation and Natchez Pass Limestone within the Humboldt Range, mineralization is disseminated gold along the Humboldt Structural Zone / Midas Trench. The mine has produced continuously since 1986 (with brief intermittencies); acquired by Integra in November 2024 through the FCGI business combination, the property covers 18,804 acres (5,520 fee + 13,283 unpatented claims). Operates pits including Central, Main, Jasperoid and Radio Towers; ore is two-stage crushed (with some ROM) and stacked on the South Heap Leach Pad (Phase III-B completed 2025). Recovery is via carbon columns, pressure stripping, electrowinning and dore. Currently sole producing asset providing 100% of Integra group gold production. LOM remaining capex estimate (Dec 31, 2025) is $52.3M; closure provision $31.6M discounted.
