Underground carbonate replacement deposit (CRD) zinc-lead-silver mine acquired by IMPACT in April 2023, located 150 km northeast of Chihuahua City in northern Mexico. Property covers 3,019 hectares along a prospective 6-km structure with multiple historic mines, in the same belt as the world-class Santa Eulalia CRD deposit. Historic mining from 1943-2022 totalled approximately 2.5 Mt grading 15-25% Zn, 2-7% Pb and 40-60 g/t Ag. Mine accessed by ramp 250 m below surface. Refurbished 200 (up to 225) tpd flotation plant; new lead oxide recovery circuit commissioned in 2025 recovering up to 60% PbO. Underground mining temporarily suspended in early 2026 after underground performance failed to consistently meet operational thresholds; $8.8M impairment recognized in Q4 2025. Advanced-stage discussions with third-party miners to toll-process feed in Plomosas mill during suspension. Active exploration on Juarez, Santo Domingo, Mina Mexico, Alfoncitos zones, plus La Chona Au-Cu target.
